Please come with hair shampooed and blow dried. Adhesive used in most cases . Includes Bald cap method. Frontal/Closure will be complimentary customized(knots bleached/plucked) when hair is purchased from @DTELUXURYHAIR. If hair is not purchaed from us please be prepared to bring hair 2-3 days in advance and add the customization service to your booking. Same day customization will be additional . Deposits must be made within 24hours to confirm appointment times . Unpaid deposits will result in appointment cancellation. Deposits go towards total balance . Deposits are Non refundable - May be transferred upon stylist discretion. Cancellation Policy

If you want to cancel or reschedule your appointment please do so ASAP and notify your stylist as to once deposits are made they are NON REFUNDABLE. May be transferred to different date if available upon stylist discretion.
